About this Score Course
This is a Score event where you have to find as many of the controls possible in 60 minutes. Each control will score a different number of points, and the total points possible are 600.
The scoring is as follows :-
- Controls 1 – 10 10 points each
- Controls 11 – 20 20 points each
- Controls 21 – 30 30 points each
You choose which controls you go to and in which order. There is a time penalty if you take longer than allowed, 10 points are deducted for each minute over the time.
The navigation should be fairly straightforward, but sometimes the GPS can take a while to keep up with you, so ensure you have ‘Display my location’ ticked in the settings before you set off – and you can check exactly where you are at all times.
Remember, this is a ‘fun’ event!
