Introduction to this course
The course measures 5.6km long from point to point, but you will run a bit further than this, dependant on your route. The navigation should be fairly straightforward, but sometimes the GPS can take a while to keep up with you, so ensure you have ‘Display my location’ ticked in the settings – and you can check exactly where you are at all times.
This course is very similar to the course we used for the Long run in the 2019 SOS Winter Series, so it may seem a bit familiar to some (in daylight this time!).
Remember, this is a ‘fun’ event!
