Explanation of Event levels

Local events are usually low key and in the 'localised' area, ideal for newcomers to try the sport and Training events are non competitive and used for training and coaching, aimed at members of the club, but they can attract people from neighbouring clubs, and are often ideal for newcomers to try the sport. Regional events attract participants from around the local Region, National events are high quality competitions that will attract people from far away, Major events are Major Events such as a British Championships.

Free parking is available at Leisureworld Highwoods which is situated in the grounds of The Gilberd School. There will be other site users so please show them consideration

Very limited EOD. Will depend of availability of spare maps. 10.00-12.20

First start 10.30, last start 12.30

Courses close14.30. You must report to Download by then

There is free parking and toilets at our assembly point which is Leisureworld Highwoods

Dog restrictions

Dogs on lead allowed in the Country Park but not in the assembly area

Safety Notes

There is an 800m approx. walk from assembly to start which involves an unmarshalled road crossing. Under 16's MUST be accompanied by and adult (18+)
