Please send your nominations for the SOS Juniors who you think should receive a Jack Petchey Award.

The Awards are presented to those Juniors who have done exceptional things for their club and their teammates or who have achieved amazing things despite the odds. It doesn't have to be an award for outstanding sporting performance. Awards have been presented in the past to Juniors who have gone the extra mile to help others, to volunteer or for determination in adversity for example. Each Award winner receives a certificate, presentation medal and £250 to spend on Junior activities.
