Straggler becomes a Welsh Champion

Congratulations to Joshua Owen who won M18 at Welsh Championships hosted by Eryri Orienteering Club on March 2nd.

The Championships were held at Llechweddgain near Bronaber. The courses were challenging and provided an excellent test of navigation and fitness. With few paths on the map, marshes, rocky outcrops and contour features were needed for navigation. The weather was fantastic - clear but cold.

Joshua ran Short Brown course and won M18 by a considerable margin. Well done.
