Juniors from Essex Stragglers have qualified for the national final of the Yvette Baker Shield.

The Yvette Baker Shield is the premier inter-club orienteering competition for English and Welsh juniors and was named after Britain's first world champion. The regional heat was hosted by Norfolk Orienteering Club at Broadland Country Park near Norwich. Fantastic performances saw the team achieve the maximum points score of 500. The team will travel to Sussex in July to compete in the final. Congratulations to all the team and good luck in the final.
